Apartment was ok for a place to crash, we stayed on the bottom floor and it was pretty terrible for noise, you could hear every footstep, and the people upstairs were quite loud until 11pm then again at 4:00am, So we didn’t get much sleep. Room was clean and comfortable, Jacuzzi was ice cold and gross.

My stay here was lovely. I was made to feel at home fairly quickly and the hotel room was decorated to perfection. The location of the hotel is in a lovely neighborhood, one that I am keen to return to and I would encourage other people to book this hotel.

Location was perfect if you’re needing to be in the LA area but you don’t want to stay downtown, my only dislike was there was no temperature control and our toilet kept getting clogged other then that it was an amazing stay. I truly enjoyed it.

HORRIBLE experience better options for priceAVOID
This was a horrible experience - I don't understand the 9 rating. I arrived and the place is a mess and also under construction. When I got there a cleaning person said there was no reservation for me and called a manager or owner - on speaker phone the woman was asking if I was nice and they went back and forth while I stood there about my reservation (I had the confirmation from Hotels.com). Finally she walks me back to a room (not the one I paid for) and the room is clean, but no internet and at that point the cleaning person has left and I am feeling unsafe staying there by myself, so I get my stuff and leave the key in a planter and head to the Marriot nearby, which is cheaper, nicer, safer and much better customer service. I am going to try and get my money back through my credit card and Hotels.com - horrible horrible experience and what is stated and showed on their website is NOTHING like what the property is. Do not recommend for single female travelers and if I hadn't happened to cross paths with the cleaning person, I would have had to leave any way because there would not have been a way to check in, especially since they did not have the room I booked clean and ready.
