one night in Waikiki
We live on the other side of the island and wanted to take a break in Waikiki.

Deceptive room listing but decent hotel
I traveled 17 hrs for a family medical emergency to care for my 2 year old granddaughter while my daughter was hospitalized. Upon arrival was given the wrong room, a tiny room in which it was not possible to fit a crib or youth bed. It appears the listing for the room I reserved, a studio, was incorrect. The hotel itself realizing the mistake found a bigger room but not for two days. It was a real challenge trying to care for my granddaughter without a bed, microwave or refrigerator. The hotel itself is fine— in a convenient area, fairly quiet, great pool. Room itself had a mildew odor. needs to correct its listing for the room description on this site— the standard room listing is actually that of its most expensive room.

Last time...
The tower in the front was way too loud in the morning with all the buses and trollies coming by. So we moved to the second tower in the back but it did not have an elevator that goes up the the “14”th floor. The rooms do not look like the pictures. They’re renovated but still dusty in there compared to the last hotel I stayed at in Hawaii.

Overpriced noisy Don’t stay there
Couldn’t check in until 4pm. Inconvenient and costs time and money. You pay for a day you don’t get. It’s for groups or teams or schoolies or spring break. NOT for anyone looking for quality accommodation. We paid a lot for a so called suite with kitchen and was advertised as having cookware. Had nothing to cook in or with. Our family reunion was all but ruined and I’m sooooo angry because it was advertised is glowing terms. The noise from the main road was awful. I’m so upset because we had so many other options. I thought you got what you paid for. Obviously not. The wifi didn’t even work well
