Good Stay at Novotel with just 1 Issue
Novotel Lisboa is a nice, clean hotel. Comfortable and large room. Friendly and professional staff, and located close to the metro. 10 minute walk to be in an area with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops. Overall, our stay was very good, but there is one thing that was not so good - the WIFI. Most of the time in our room, it would take more than a minute to load a single E-mail. As we were there for vacation and not business, this wasn't a huge problem, but it was still frustrating not being able to look up restaurants or bars to go to after a long day of exploring the city.

Not a family friendly hotel
Not a nice experience. Room cleaning was not up to the mark. Had to ask for 3 times to supply of the soap, tissue etc… The kitchen team particularly a lady called Patricia was so rude and unhelpful- refusing to sterilise the baby milk bottles for 6 minutes in microwave, deliberately making wait for long time etc… not a good customer service. We did not have a good experience at all!

Busy at breakfast
Hotel is in a good location, very close to a food court, airport and Gulbekian Museum. I would return however at breakfast time it was a long queue , very noisy and crowded due to half term holiday. Also the restaurant doesnt serve dinner until 7 pm, too late for kids to eat.

Nice hotel but too hot
It is a nice hotel with fine facilities for dining and conversations. The one surprising negative for my wife and me was how warm the room was. We were there in January and February but we could not get it cool enough.

the hotel wanted to charge additional $100 for the rooms that was aready paid for. they wanted to charge 16 oil as adult. which was not disclosed in the booking when made. all the rest of novotel hotels does not have that policy

The location and the restaurant food were good. But it is a bit noisy being close to the airport and Uber drivers had difficulties finding the hotel to pick up. The electricity sockets were outdated; I needed to pick up different plugs.
