Even with the current Pandemic, the staff ensured we felt safe by controlling the public areas and keeping the hotel clean.
This was a great hotel. However the towels at the pool are way too small
Me and my wife stayed for 3 nights, the price is abit more than expected for the value of the rooms. I would have expected more for the price I paid. Few good things is that its just 10minutes away from Old Quebec City and there is Coras breakfast place and Mcdonalds in the same parking lot. And few other restaurants across the street. Rooms were big and that is good. Cons - the bathroom had a wet cloths like smell through out our stay and in the bathroom there is no ventilation fan. And the bathroom sink the water does not drain fast enough, if you keep the tap open just for 20 seconds the sink fills with water and drains Rooms are outdated abit. But other than that it was okay.
Friendly receptionist, so check-in was a breeze. Clean rooms though dated. Pool was a hit for kids.
Standing shower was awful! Leaked all over the floor so i had to use our towels to soak up the mess. Wall paper was peeling next to the shower. Paint peeling on the ceiling. Due to covid pool was restricted to 10 people BUT no one was there to monitor so it went over the number often do i had to leave after 20 mins of swimming!
House keeping was available during Covid which a lot of other hotel don’t have, nice hotel and very nice pool area, staff are very nice
The room was dirty, the A/C was filthy of dust, like 3 years of it, to bad they didn’t use the COVID shots down to clean their hotel, not recommended
It was our first time in Quebec for more than one stay. The location of the hotel is pretty good, friendly staff and fast check-in. We didn’t go to the pool, the smell of the chlorine was very strong. We booked 3 rooms at 2 different levels and on both levels the ice machine was not working when asked at the reception we where told that all of them where août of order. One the the rooms had a big crack on the TV. We didn’t bother mentioning it. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would go to another hotel just to have a different experience. Regards, Juan
I am thinking about where to start this review honestly. This was by far the worst experience I ever had. The check-in was not bad and the moment we entered into the elevator, there was a distinct smell. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the worst parts were the room door was open with the latch in between. Anyway, when we entered, it was stinking. I didn't pay much attention as we had to leave immediately to visit Quebec city. When we came back, I checked the washroom exhaust was not working at all. There was a door in the room which probably connects you with the adjacent room. I could hear them, out very well which was another tormenting experience. There is no point in elevators when you cannot get into them. Most of the time, it was occupied by service staff. We had to use the stairwell with the kids. I have a bad experience with this hotel and would never recommend any of my friends and family.
We enjoyed the unique swimming area. It was very pretty. However, my daughter found a huge chunk of hair in the hot tub and that basically ended it for us. The rooms were nice but a bit dirty. The towels were old and frayed and the air conditioner buzzed all night. If they did some updating, this place could be really nice. The on-site restaurant was good and staff were kind. It was helpful that they were bilingual.
