Bare Minimum
Place is showing its age and is strongly in need of renovations. Cleanliness was minimal. It has all the basics but not much else. Pool is small and uninviting. Room smells some of mold.

Unsafe, dirty, and with free bedbugs.
This place was disgusting. I reserved a room as a two night stay for a weekend visit to Hershey Park with my family. Upon arriving, we immediately noticed how run down and dirty everything was. No one at the front desk was wearing a mask. The room itself was not an outside unit as we had booked, but in a dirty rundown building. Within 5 minutes of entering the room I spotted a bedbug. We immediately demanded a refund, which was swiftly provided but only because I was not taking “no” for an answer. The room was not cleaned or vacuumed but honestly that was the least of my concern. There appeared to be blood stains on the pillows. We were not on site for more than 15 minutes before leaving, which left us searching for a room at 4 AM in an unfamiliar location. This is not a place for families, do not book this room if a Hershey getaway is your intent. Do book this room is you want to be exposed to any number of infectious diseases and bedbugs. Any reviewer stating this room was even “ok for the price” are not accurate; I was willing to sleep in my car with two small children before spending a night here.

UNSAFE MOTEL HELL
I felt very uncomfortable. I didn;t even bother checkin in. I didn't even get out of the car. The place looked like a dump and the people who run are shady asf. I wouldn't stay here if you paid me. Words can hardly express the level concern I felt when I pulled up to this inn. Don;t bother. Spend the extra cash to stay somewhere else. It;s worth it. I highly discourage anyone from booking here unless your not worried about safety, cleanliness, or comfort.

We needed a overnight stay that was cheaply-priced considering the distance needed to drive for my son's b-ball tournament that he was playing in very early the following morning. The motel was dirty and smelled of mildew. When I called to the front desk because the TV was not working, it took several times to even get a hold of anyone and when I did finally reach someone, they said they would be right there to fix it and never came. The pool was dirty and the steps in the pool were broken. I would not recommend this even for a one night stay.

even if its bedbugs, ya dont get a refund.
After a three and a half hour drive, arrived at the hotel. within 5 minutes i was back at the front desk. My traveling companions inspected the sheets and they took photos, said they were bedbugs. ive never seen one, but thats what they told me they were. frankly any type of bugs in the sheets is unacceptable. we showed the photos to the men at the front desk, who demanded firmly that we delete the photo. Obviously, we didn''t stay. Management refused a refund, citing the "24 hour advance cancellation notice". Also it was hard to communicate, front desk personnel spoke little to almost no english. We were in Hershey for a conference, and we missed the first section due to having to find another place to stay. The Holiday Inn Express was wonderful, should have booked there first.
