Clean , easy off highway location. Very friendly staff, and excellent pool.
This hotel needs a facelift. We didn’t know if there was anyone working when we were trying to check in. After several minutes she did appear behind the front desk. Masks were not being enforced. Kids running up and down the halls til all hours of the night. Paint peeling on the bathroom door.
We had stayed at this hotel last year and really enjoyed our stay. This year we needed a hotel in the area and immediately thought of this hotel. Our interest was in the pool to let our kids play and for us adults to relax in the hot tub. I called the hotel on Tuesday, 3 days before our stay to be confirm the amenities of hotel, the pool and breakfast. I was told that the pool was open and that 10 people would be allowed in for 45 minutes per day, with sign up at front desk and breakfast open. Upon check in Friday (New years day) the hotel was packed full of guests. They had signs on front door with requirement to wear a mask. Check in was quick. We reserved the 2 queen beds with king bed room. We stayed in 313, you walk into a double queen room, then there is a separate room off that with a sofa, king bed, tv, and nightstands. *There is no dining area, just a desk and 1 chair. The walls are thin, the room next to ours was having a party that we could hear clearly. They were also smoking in the hotel which carried throughout the hallway. At check in we signed up for the pool for a 9pm timeslot. At 9pm we get access to pool from front desk personal to find the pool packed with over 30 guests. State restrictions at the time are 25 ppl max. The hotel was well over that. This put a huge damper on our stay. We wanted to relax and use the pool in a safe environment, which was expressed to us Tuesday. Overall our room was comfortable. But I can't recommend this hotel during pandemic
This is my families 3rd year staying with this hotel. Always a very nice stay with very good service from every staff member. Always very clean.
Our best hotel experience ever!
I like this hotel it’s clean, quiet, beds are comfy, morning breakfast is pretty good even during pandemic they’re still offering a hot breakfast!! I also like the fact I can smell the bleach on multi use items like bedding and towels..=)
Like you can walk to a few restaurants. Place was very quiet. Beds are comfortable.
Wonderful stay!! Staff was very responsive and friendly. Carpet was a little stained up, and some areas pretty dusty but overall very clean. Pool was well maintained- only one time did it get a little overcrowded. Overall- would highly recommend!
My only problem was first day I got a handicap room, I am in good health they should have put me in a different room and saved that for a handicap person.but other than that excellent
The bed was comfortable, pillows were too soft (love when there are two options, but there was not at this hotel.) The fridge and spacious bathroom are great. This was a stop over on our way out west. Second time staying here, will do it again. Great location.
