Staff were excellent. Sports bar - noisy inside and out. Strong smoke smell. Pizza excellent. Dishwasher wasn’t working. Doors to rooms very loud when closing. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Property itself was ok but very disappointed that no room service provided and had to dispose of our own rubbish before leaving. After reading I could be charged for a messy room noticed a linen shoot in waste room and went back to grab towels only to find it locked. Only limited meals at restaurant as well. Will definitely look into hotel more before booking as this service is unacceptable in my eyes.

Wonderful wedding anniversary weekend
We had a great stay here this weekend. Lobby area is so relaxing with comfy couches and water features. The room has everything we needed, a kitchenette, spa bath in the bathroom, 3 tvs and a comfy bed and nice balcony area. The infinity pool area was great with lots of tables and chairs with service to the table for drinks and pizza. The lap pool was heated and towels available at reception. The Waterlillies Restaurant was our highlight. The food was delicious, we dined here 3 times and all our meals were amazing. The desserts was also amazing with one presented with fairy floss and flower petals. The service was also excellent from all staff especially Hannah. We will definitely recommend.
