Small rooms in a good location
Small but efficient rooms in a very central location close to sightseeing & restaurants. Wifi was difficult to access & required numerous access/signups which was inconvenient. Breakfast was quite basic, but fine for our needs. Decent value for money, but nothing spectacular. Staff was very kind.

Great Location with a Very Comfortable Room
The hotel is in a great location and only 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Palermo's shopping area. It is in a quiet location and, in combination with the comfortable room, we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious and very informal. Only gripe was with the mini-bar - when you have paid a lot for the room it would be nice to at least have some complimentary water and snacks (to be fair this is not uncommon with most hotels in Italy)

Liked: good location; room was comfortable; good Airconditioner Disliked: receptionist was not welcoming. Attended to an enquiry from two police officers whilst we were made to wait (paying customers should not be made to wait). If I had not intervened, we would be still waiting! Mini bar fridge could not keep anything cold!

Hotel was on the end of a quiet street but just around the corner from the hustle and bustle of Palermo. Staff were always polite and courteous at breakfast and also at the desk Always happy to advise about matters of travel and tourist information in addition to recommending good reasonably priced restaurants.
