Very Good
Great staff warmth. Friendly service. Any requests were attended to immediately. Mr Salim - the manager - was very good, great assistance and had our best interests in mind. Amazing front office staff. Chefs were great and extremely welcoming.

The hotel was a bit old fashioned, the breakfast and the diner buffet was not that great. The hotel is located near the public beach but have only 9 daybeds on the beach. They forgot to give us douche gel and had to ask twice for a bottle.

- Nice location with free car park - Friendly and kind staff - Good variety of food for breakfast - Free WiFi, free safe, free aircon, refrigerator, mini bar, TV, big table, big comfortable bed, etc was included in our big room. We were satisfied with our staying in this hotel and we wouldn't hesitate to come back again

Nice, cosy hotel with calm a relaxing atmosphere.
All hotel staff from the management, reception to cleaning lady were very nice, friendly and helpful, always polite and smiling. I would like to thank you all (Heidi, Jousko, Jenni, Maryvonne and manager Saleem) for making our family holiday perfect!

Hotel staff approachable and helpful, and the room felt secure. Good location to the beach too. The rooms and fittings were tired, but kept clean. The pool has sharp steps which need sorting urgently.

Мы были в прошлом году в Бержая Маэ , этот отель намного проще, из-за пандемии народу Очень мало, увеселительных мероприятий не проводится , скучно, могли бы предупредить... Отель рядом с берегом, пляж понравился, рядом магазинчики, рестораны, но у нас был полупансион ужинали в ресторане отеля, выбор не большой, но голодным не останешься... Рядом дайвинг клуб , есть чем заняться.

Covid-19 suojautuminen toimi hotellilla hyvin. Käsien desinfiointi, hengitysmaskien käyttö ja suojaetäisyydet oli otettu tehokkaasti käyttöön. Kehon lämpötila mitattiin aamiaisella ja muiden ruokailujen yhteydessä. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Uimaranta oli hyvin loiva ja sopii lapsiperheille. Huone oli siisti. Wifi ei ollut nopeimmasta päästä.
