Overall, horrific. The bed was split down the middle, not properly dressed and the mattress ripped. This is our second time staying here, and it was worse the second time around - despite management insisting teething issues caused a broken window and poor service in our room. Following checkout the manager offered us a 50% discount on account of the broken mattress - two months later and we have yet to receive.

Loved everything about the staff and hotel, the restaurants were amazing and especially the sauna/steam room/pool. One thing to note is the size of the rooms - make sure you are aware of which size you book because ours was very tiny!

Very loud hotel. Our room overlooked some sort of party courtyard. Was loud there until about 2am. Then it was loud in the halls as people returned to their rooms. Housekeeping got started about 7:30 each morning and they were loud too. If you value your sleep then try somewhere else.

We actually enjoyed our stay here until I noticed an extra charge on my credit card from this hotel a few weeks after our stay. The hotel didn’t send me a bill until I reached out to Expedia, and then in their bill they claimed we took things from the minibar, including wine, which we don’t drink. We brought our own food and didn’t take any of their ridiculous, overpriced minibar garbage. They’re a bunch of scammers and I don’t recommend staying here. Maybe if you take pictures of everything before and after you leave then it might be okay. Their gym also seemed to be closed every time we checked. 0 stars.

The public areas are great, while the rooms are small and just "adequate". The record players, while it looked good as a design feature, are quite unnecessary in such a small dark space with limited flat surfaces.
