The Ritz is secluded and fabulous! 5 star!
The Ritz is an amazing and beautiful secluded resort. We loved the grocery store across the street. We ate at both the nice upscale outdoor restaurant, and the beach restaurant and both were great. They provide towels and water bottles for your outings. There is plenty for kids of any age to do. The concierge services were excellent. Very upscale and relaxig place. We really enjoyed our stay.

I liked everything about the property except that you make a club level ocean view and when i get there they tell me it is a partial view . To me an ocean view means straight out my room is an ocean view but i guess Ritz Carlton thinks an ocean view is to look around the corner to the left. Also i was not able to get my points because it was paid up front .That does not make me happy.after spending over $10,000

The grounds are beautiful and the facilities are great! Kids have their own pool and adults can enjoy the “adult area” of the pool. There should be better food options available. Overall, great stay.

Great service, as you should expect from the Ritz. Provided us a day room until 8:30pm at no cost. House keeping came on a regular schedule and was reliable. Burger Shack has amazing burgers and shakes and view of the ocean. Kids love the nightly fire show by Banyan Tree. Had a couple good meals at Banyan Tree. Apps were excellent and entrees were good, but apps stood out. Only negative is the weather. Lots of wind, clouds and rain. Had to Uber closer to beaches closer to Laihana to get sun.
