The room felt a bit dated and would need a refurbishment (example: the balcony door that does not lock very well, some areas a bit unclean on the balcony) despite the service of all staff was excellent and very helpful (why I might consider coming back one day, the service). The pool area is very nice. The hotel is well located next to Venus beach. Good value for the price paid.

Returning guests-great hotel improves each visit! Super staff in front desk & dining. Can’t do enough for you. Modern comfy refurbished rooms immaculate thanks to excellent housekeepers. Entire hotel super clean. Watch the sunset from your balcony with your welcome wine gift. Beach is directly in front of hotel. Spacious, clean pool area with bar & snacks. Indoor/outdoor dining on terrace for all meals. Outstanding value. Convenient to Harbour but away from crowds. Walk, take a bus or let hotel arrange transport for you. Special thanks to Mr Alex for securing last minute reservations. Mr Tassos, Ms Andre , Ms Alexia & Guest relations Mgr Melina are all so helpful. Thanks also to Mr Mihalis & Ms Maria in F&B for making our dining experiences so pleasant as well as delicious!

The hotel was clean and modern, the rooms were spacious and well fitted out. The balcony was very small. The pool was very modern and clean. The main thing for us was the food was disgusting. Very limited choose lacking imagination. Every meal was tasteless and more importantly COLD. We never once saw them test the temperature despite numerous complaints. The entertainment was awful, simply shocking. Of an evening in the main bar area there was one waitress and one Barman, you simply could not get the benifit of your Alll Inclusive holiday. No way would I stay here again, this is a 2-3 star hotel. Very disappointing

Have stayed at the Venus Beach Hotel many times over the past 23 years and this stay was just as good as the first time. Great staff, many who we first met in 1999 and who are still happily working at the hotel. Looking forward to our next stay.

Nice modern refurbished rooms offering everything for your stay. The one thing that let it down was the balcony furniture wasn’t updated too! All staff friendly and helpful. Only booked B&B, but Breakfast offered a great choice. Pool area was fab and always plenty of sunbeds available ( no putting towels out at silly 0’clock). The beach was clean and the sea clear, warm and a delight to swim in.
