Once I was moved from the first room because it smelled like smoke I was happy. The bed was really comfortable. I didnt like the fact that there was no elevator. Only 2 floors, but I have chronic pain so didnt really need the stress of carrying all my bags up the stairs.

Front staff was great, cleaning ladies were telling inappropriate things to one another and absolutely rude. Also very dirty rooms with dust bunnies and garbage under furniture and feces on walls.

The breakfast served was nothing like a hotel breakfast. They kept the bread in the bag so that when you wanted to take it, everyone would take it with their hands and it was unclear whether that person's hands were washed. Drinks were provided by a device that you could only take in the morning

I was disappointed in the continental breakfast. It said it ended at 10am. I went out at 9:45am and everything was taken away. When u sleep at a hotel i usually dont want to wake up super early to just eat. So when i did jump out of bed to find nothing i was not happy. Not even a bagel. Literally nothing there.
