Not a trustworthy hotel
Turned up and neither of my booked double rooms were available. It was a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight and seemingly their system was wrong. After 1.5 hours my husband and son were given one room thanks to a no show and I was eventually moved a couple of miles away to a single room in a sister hotel. They refused to pay my taxi back to meet my family. I asked for some money back given I had slept in a single room but paid for a double room and the manager angrily shouted at me! After proving my booking he Eventually believing me and asked me to email and promised to sort it. The hotel ignored my email. Hotel.com contacted them to refund me and they agreed. I am still waiting. Not to be trusted.
