    One Bed for 3 Adults

    Horrible experience. We have reserved their suite specifically mentioning for 3 adults and we were shocked to see that they have only one double bed available in the room. After a discussion with hotel management, we came to no cost effective solution and 3 of us ended up sleeping in the same bed.

    Good property with bad service. We checked in late night, room was good with great space, however, phone was not charged, had to use toilet phone for connection. For 2 nights 1 day phone was not fixed.

    Wen I come to hotel at 3 bm They take my ID & take 300 qr for extra after that thy told me the room it’s not ready and it’s taking 30 minutes to be ready After that I go to take my food and come back at 4 o’clock. I go to manager to take my room key He said the room it’s not ready yet... I take my room at 4:30
