Very good except for no computer
Hotel was very reasonably priced for Hamburg, staff was very helpful and friendly, hotel was clean and comfortable, and public transportation (bus) was nearby. The only drawback was that I write a travel column and only reserve hotels with computers. The U.S. hotels.com website stated the hotel had one and they did not. I was fortunate to find an internet shop down the block but they need to remove that information from the website.

Det undrer mig at man ikke gør opmærksom på at der ikke tilbydes morgenmad (grundet Covid19) på Hotels.com. Endnu mere mærkeligt er at jeg kan reservere et værelse inkl. Morgenmad til to personer og få lov at betale ekstra for dette. Godt at der ligger en restaurant lige om hjørnet der tilbyder morgenmad tik fornuftige priser.

Wir waren da zwei Tage und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Personal sehr freundlich, Sauberkeit eine eins, Frühstück lecker und frisch, genug Auswahl. Ich bin eine kaffeetrinkerin. Kaffee war stark wie ich mag prima. Wir empfohlen hotel Elbbrücken wieter und wir werden den wieder gebucht.

Wir hatten nur Übernachtung, kein Frühstück. Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Was uns sehr gestört hat war der Aufzug, der wirklich sehr laut war, so dass man ihn im Zimmer gehört hat und es gestört hat. Und die Baustelle auf der STraße direkt vor dem Hotel, der Lärm hat morgens um 6.45 Uhr angefangen. Das hätte bei der Buchung als Hinweis angegeben werden müssen. Dann hätte ich das Hotel sicher nicht gebucht.
