Not friendly staff; Noisy room because of tram line exactly outside; No room service; Telephone not working in the room, lots of difficulties to connect even with reception. External local calls not possible, except if at the reception in front of people making check in , receptionists, people sitting in a small sitting area beside the entrance etc. Just imagine somebody to want speaking on business; Amenities in the bathroom unsufficient; Very slow elevator . One elevator; More staff is needed; More charges at the check out.
