Further to an email I received the night before my stay saying you could not take prepayment and my stay would be cancelled it took over 2 hours and several phone calls - after being cut off to be told 1 not 2 rooms was actually booked, eventually Alisha I think sorted it and found the two rooms and took payment - extreme stress, you need a better way to communicate with customers
