Hard to recommend
Hard to recommend Trinity Hotel. There was a mix up in arrival but the lack of service from the front desk wasn't welcoming.

Value for money!
Value for money. Friendly staff. Good eatery adjacent. A little busy and loud environment, but still enjoyable and recommendable.

Disappointed
It was a very disappointing hotel with very small rooms which they call standard.with only a bed and side table in it and when you wanted to pass each other you had to go on bed.when we complained they said it was a boutique hotel and only for sleeping in and did not expect us to rest in the room. Secondly there was road works outside the hotel and said if there was a problem come down and see manager, when you did there was nothing they could do. I would not recythis hotel

Parking at Trinity
We were dissapointed when we arrived as wewere told there was no parking available, that we had to prebook. We were told an email hsd been sent informing us of this which was not the case. Then the staff sent us the email again infront of.us which we received. They did not apologise. We found parking on the main street and the staff said it eas freefrom 6pm to 8am. He failed to mention that the following day was a public holiday so the street parking was free.

You get what you pay for, maybe less....
Don't let the pictures fool you. The only place where this hotel spent money was in the lobby. You walk in the lobby and think.... this place looks nice.... Then.... The stairs and hallways are dirty and run down. My room was way out dated and small. You can hear everything outside all through the night and early in the morning. Place was full so I couldn't move rooms. It was not expensive, but was over priced for even what it was. I do approve of the rooftop bar though.

Run down and poor customer service
We’ve stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are pretty run down and all rooms I’ve stayed in have had something leaking which required a plumber to attend. The most recent was for something reported prior to our check-in and resulted in at phone call at the crack of dawn when we had only checked in at 1am the same day. The hotel is in a great location and had a very cool rooftop bar (which you can visit without staying there). The bed was comfortable and this visit the wifi worked alright.

Good for the price
A fine little hotel near the city centre. Good location and price. Room was on the small side, particularly the bathroom and the cleanliness was questionable.
