Our new favorite place in Lisbon
The Bairro Alto Hotel is certainly well located within way walking distance of most of the major sites in Lisbon. Hotel staff were attentive, prompt and professional. The site was well designed with excellent materials and decor. The restaurant offered a simple but pleasant breakfast menu and a very high-end dinner service. We didn't order room service but it was available. Only minor points to note - the lighting and motorized drapery were not intuitive, and there could have been better placement of outlets/ports for charging devices. It should be noted that some rooms were located in parts of the building that required stairs to access for this with mobility issues.

Just superb
From start to end the service was superb. The hotel was just lovely, views from the terrace a real treat and food really great. It was the little touches like staff remembering names and room numbers and the thoughtful little additions in the rooms. Thank you to the team there.
