Disappointing

I'm not sure how this hotel has an 8.6 rating (which is what I unfortunately based my decision on when choosing a hotel in the area.) The A/C in my room didn't work (in the middle of June, no less) and the hot water never got hotter than lukewarm, even with the faucet turned as hot as it could go. Breakfast was disappointing as well (jello-like "egg product" anyone?) I will say that the staff was friendly and everything was clean and felt safe, which does improve my rating somewhat. Overall, this experience will have me looking more closely at hotels.com ratings in the future.
