I checked in Dec 30th in the evening and was greeted by a very pleasant man. He made my check in smooth and was very polite. I stayed 3 nights and checked out Jan 2nd. The morning of checkout I contacted front desk early enough simply inquiring about an option for late checkout. The man who was working that morning seemed to answer very abruptly and seemed annoyed I had even asked. I told him I was simply asking a question as other hotels I’ve been to have not had a problem with late checkout. I was fine without the later checkout, but it’s his abrasiveness and tone that thoroughly turned me off. Please work on better customer service to your paying customers.
This was my first trip with my husband to visit Burlington and share our third wedding anniversary. Just a delightful hotel off the main highway. The hot food they provided for breakfast (from 6:30 - 9:30 a.m.) and the additional light dinner snack (M-W from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.) was really delicious and an unexpected surprise. COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing, sanitizer galore and cleaning safeguards are taken very seriously here and it gave us great comfort. Truly friendly staff all around and a very spotless hotel. Our bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi was a wonderful treat. We would gladly stay here again. Our constructive feedback would be two things: (1) Our room was cold but after adding an extra blanket found inside the closet of our room (and there are plenty available) plus turning up the thermostat to 76 degrees, it was much better. May we suggest you provide a small portable heater during the fall/winter months? (2) Some of the dishes that we needed to use in the dishwasher were still dirty because it was jam-packed with dishes on the top and bottom. My suggestion would be to put less dishes in the room as a cutting board, 2 bowls, 2 plates, 2 cups, 2 saucers, 2 glasses and cutlery are all that's needed. We saw a frying pan, large pot and many other dishes inside the dishwasher enough for a family of four. Cut back on this and it's less work for your housekeeping staff and less stress too.
My kids and I stayed the night in a suite with kitchen and king size bed. The room was very clean and spacious. The kids loved the soaker tub. The pool was quite chilly. I estimate the temperature to be about 78-79 degrees. There were no lounge chairs for a parent to sit in which may be related to Covid. What I found odd about the pool area though was the water fountains were still operable. I haven't seen this since the start of the pandemic. Our room lacked simple niceties like a bar of soap in the shower. I forgot to grab it prior to showering and had to step out of shower in order to grab the bar from the bathroom sink. Only coffee is supplied in the room so if you are a tea lover, bring your own. There were only two small creamers and no stir sticks. Breakfast was lack luster as it consisted of boxed cereal, bacon, eggs and french toast. My daughter was served her bacon on paper towel opposed to on a plate. The hot water for tea was just hot, opposed to boiling. By the time I added milk my tea was warm. My daughter was given a box of cereal with no milk bowl. Many minor issues that as a one off would not be a concern unfortunately means I would not return to this hotel.

Great hotel for a family stay. There's a kitchen so we could up some quick meals for the kids. However, the hotel doesn't have great noise reduction. We stay for 3 nights. One of the days my 4 yr old had a meltdown and immediate we had a complaint from the guests across the hallway. I think the hotel should strategically place elderly guests on different floor from family to avoid this.
Love having a kitchen and a jacuzzi. Feels like a nice break. Staff are fantastic!
The price was great for a suite and location is kinda secluded which I like. Jag
Very clean and comfortable bedroom. I stayed during the COVID crisis, so the front desk staff seemed quite disorganized, which was somewhat understandable.
Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating , hotel is Very clean. We had a jacuzzi tub in our room, one of the
