    Worst room I’ve stayed in
    Be very careful.Despite the lovely photos this hotel also has some truly terrible rooms . Literally a view and noise of air conditioning units . It was not until last day that hotel offerd to move us to same class of room despite our objecting since arriving. Service very poor on arrival also ( key cards not working, no assistance with bags etc ) all of the above not major issues in general except this property promotes itself as 5 star with 5 star service . We had a 2-3 star room and 0 star service . If you want 5 star take a risk or go elsewhere.

    Amazing, beautiful hotel!! The pictures don't do it justice at all. Excellent staff, facilities and the restaurant food was amazing!! We loved it so much, we extended our stay by one more night

    5 star hotel that ticked most but not all boxes. Impressive hotel foyer,efficient service,room with sea view,excellent meal in restuarant. Negatives 1-main reason we booked it was indoor pool & facilities but pool unavailable on 2 of our 4 visits due to classes for adults & kids-we were not advised in advance. 2- Bathroom is dated & not in keeping with 5 star hotel. Old style shower with no height adjustable shower head.TV locker doors -one off hinges.TV small -again not in keeping with 5 star rating. 3- Drilling noise started up at 8.00am approx on 2 mornings of our stay.Not acceptable at such an early time. 4-While service was efficient,reception staff unaware of location of local bike rent shops. While issues not major--should not arise in a 5 star rated hotel
