Disappointing Experience
Original room had both security locks broken. Underlying smell of smoke and when reviews were checked one indicated a complaint that someone was smoking in an adjacent room....they listed the number as our room...review was from a few months prior. We complained and emplyee tried to convince us everything was fine. Eventually they gave us a new room. Morning breakfast was self serve with tables less than 2 feet apart. Not Covid safe at all. Hand rail in side entrance completely broken off. New room was clean however and everything was functional. Not a place Ill be returning to.

Well, first of all, the owner isn't gonna like this one. From the moment we got there, there was no staff at the front and after waiting 10 mins for the person to get back we finally checked in, to a dirty room with dog hair all over it, but that didn't stop us to much, until, my girlfriend who was pregnant noticed cigarette smell coming from the adjoining room. We had looked outside and saw no one smoking, then noticed a draft coming from the co-joining room. I went straight to the front desk and the person there pretty much went to the room asked him if he was smoking. The guy responded no, and he went back to his business. Literally 2 minutes later the cigarette smell came back from the adjoining room 123. So I went back and requested a new room. Because again, my girlfriend was pregnant. I used to smoke cigarettes, so I know what they smell like. Very disappointing to see that even though they were smoking the staff couldn't do anything about it. Like it never happened. Will not be staying here again
