Awesome staff, terrible coordination, not relaxing
The staff makes this resort, if it wasn’t for the awesome local staff I would have left after my first two nights and requested money back. This resort is not worth the amount we spent on the stay. I am seven months pregnant and asked if we could preschedule our activities, the coordinator said we can do it upon arrival not to worry. Upon arrival we had to fill out what days we wanted to do what, and they said there were only certain days to do certain activities, this is NOT what I was told prior to booking this resort or expensive package. I also explained that we would be taking our maternity pictures at the waterfall, which I was told could be on any day morning or afternoon, with only 2-4 people on the trip. This was not the case it only goes to the waterfall one day that we we’re there there were 12 ppl on the trip. Luckily the local who took us on the tour took us up to take photos while the others were at the village. They were also not going to give us our pearl farm tour which was paid un our package, the locals set it up for the day we were leaving so we got to do it! This was a stressful nightmare. We did nothing for the first two days and didn’t even get to snorkel which was in our package as well. Terrible communication and activities time. The day of our photos the water quit working as I was in the shower and they told my boyfriend it would be on in an hour. We didn’t get clean towels 2/4 nights, and no floating candles as per description for turndown service.
