Hatte noch nie so ein riesen Problem mit den A&O Hotels wie diesmal.Habe Hammer Kirche gebucht bei der Ankunft hiess es hier sind Corona-Patienten drin sie müssen in ein anderes Hotel (City).Wir also dahin waren halt zu früh für den check-in aber kein problem für die kofferablage.Als wir einchecken wollten hiess es sie mpssen in das am hbf und dann war ich einfach stinke sauer.....sauber ist ja aber das ging diesmal garnicht beim nöchsten mal bitte mehr kundenservice

Trotz Vorhänge viel zu hell im Zimmer. Durch aktuelle Bauarbeiten ziemlich viel Lärm und Schmutz. Zudem ist der Eingang nicht zu finden, da er durch die Arbeiten verlegt wurde
