Need to be ashamed Wingate in Mobile

My Birthday trip was ruined @ Wingate 6/24 I booked to king size room when I got there they gave me 2 queen size without telling me. When I said something they said they were remodeling the king size room. So I settled for the queen the bathroom in the room I had was smelly like it was back up. I sprayed cause I didn't want to ruin my grand kids day by leaving. The next day we were out the room all day till bedtime because I got tired of the smell. That morning we hurry up & checked out. Told the front desk check not to rent that room until they check plumbing. They discussed me. I tried calling back to the hotel the lady who was a front desk manager would not let me speak to a higher up manager because she knew what was going in to. Wingate have lost my business mainly in Mobile. I wouldn't recommend nobody to stay there
