Not Happy - Double charged.
Hotel debited both the deposit and the room fee from my credit card. Never refunded the deposit, even though I never used anything extra at the hotel. Down about €150 as a result.

Decent, has seen better days though.
All in all it has been a good stay for a reasonable price. Additional breakfast ist only 99RMB, what is quite fair. The Interieur is not the newest, especially not the sauna area. For a hotel with only non-smoking rooms I noticed quite some smell in the floors. In the first room I got was definitely smoked in. I got a better one, though. I guess the stuff knows the problem rooms.

Rude Staff Tired Rooms
The rooms are in need of an update. I was stuck here for 10 days due to COVID - flight cancelled. I spent a ton of money and I could not have been treated more poorly. Room was barely cleaned. Cleaning staff was rude. Front desk was rude. The bell hop guys were the only ones with manners. Good location but there are literally 100 other hotels in the same vicinity. Will NOT stay here again.

Disappointing - gym and pool close and no A/C
I was looking forward to a weekend of relaxing in a good hotel with access to a gym and spa facilities. There was nothing to say when booking that these services would not be available so upon arrival I was disappointed when they told me that the pool and gym were closed due to the virus regulations. I knew that other hotels had their gyms and pools open from other friends staying so I was a little confused. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was also not on, again, apparently due to the virus restrictions but this was also not mentioned during booking and the temperature was 35 degrees. I was given a very good view on a high floor however which was kind of the staff. There was a hair that certainly was not mine in the bath tub which put me off using that in the end too. I had always wanted to stay in this hotel, a bit of a disappointment in the end although the location is excellent.
