Pool was very difficult to get in and out of, only one handrail and slippery tiles......and than straight into deep end. Watched other people how the negotiated getting in for a swim, most sat done to go in....getting out was harder. I am a solo person, booked queen bed and got king....I felt lost. Website said room service and restaurant...duh, none.....No good, had to go to Woolworth to buy something to eat.... Will never go back

Ballina Bliss
Wonderful location overlooking the river. Had a great meal in Mezza restaurant the night we arrived. Caught the sunrise , then brekky at Shelly Beach cafe situated right on the beach. Perfect for avid photographers. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
