Wonderful views from our room. Room was simple but has everything you need for a night or two. The restaurant is fantastic and great service!
Hopefully , they will have microwave in each room .
Superb in cleanliness and Hospitality!
We booked 3 rooms, 6 people for a 50th birthday celebration weekend. We were unaware that the bar and restaurants closed at 2pm. It’s not a hotel In town and the shuttle only runs until 5 so we had to drive into town.
Very Clean and quiet, Staff very helpful and friendly.
Very clean and well kept property. Great location overlooking Vermilion Lakes. Easy access to Banff townsite. I loved the in-house Bistro restaurant. While my first night was great, my second night turned out to be a nightmare of sleeplessness. In spite of a call to the front desk around midnight reporting that someone on the floor above me was conducting a gymnastics class, the loud banging and thumping went uninterrupted until we’ll past 3am, when I finally gave up trying to sleep.
Favourite part was the mountain view outside my window and a little porch outside the back door to enjoy the views. Room was very cozy. Located in a quiet area just a bit north of downtown Banff, only a 2-3 minute drive into town. Lots of parking space. Only downsides were that they didn't provide water bottles and hair dryer.
Rooms were small as compared to same price range other hotels. Staff was not the best
We enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, the view was lovely and the bed was super comfortable! The front desk staff were very helpful.
From the very beginning, the check in process was seamless and staff was incredibly friendly. Throughout the trip the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful.
