Poor front desk services
No one at front desk when check in at around 8:30 PM. Wait more than 15 minutes for staff appear. No bell available in counter. The staff gave wrong information about any supermarket nearby. He said all closed and no supermarket nearby but actually one large supermarket "Globus" (one minutes walk) still operating till 10PM. 3 stars hotel only.

The hotel itself was great, I loved the comforts of the room and proximity to work. There weren't much within walking distance of the hotel only one mom and pop style restaurant so that was a bummer. Parking was horrible because the parking spots were a bit small and people kept parking on the lines so you had to be really flexible getting in and out of your car. My room was facing the back where the TESLA charging stations were located so I basically herd a hum all day and all night from the constant charging of vehicles, this didn't bother me much and the comforts of the hotel out weigh all of those things. I would definitely stay here again, and probably will in a very short while.

A decent hotel
We stayed here as a stop over from the euro tunnel for our European trip. It's a standard hotel really, we picked it because we didn't want to go into frankfurt. The rooms are clean. The room we had had a bathroom in the corner with closing frosted doors which looks cool but may be not too private for the toilet!! That said the shower was powerful. The hotel is based in an industrial estate but that wasn't an issue for a stop over. We went to a really nice local restaurant just 5 minutes walk away. We didn't have breakfast included so walked over the road to the HUGE supermarket and stocked up on delicious fresh pastries
