This is a great, clean and convenient hotel with a wonderful lobby that offers a bar and very social lounge area. I would recommend it if you stay in Wiesbaden. Good value for your money.

OH MY!!! This is Wiesbaden's best kept secret. I was worried because I never heard of it, nut am mow in love! The hotel is awesome! The staff were awesome. I have to come back just to hang in the lounge area! Hahahaha! Parking is superb!!!

The bar and gaming area made this a great stay for anyone. The rooms were nicely furnished. We are able to connect to the TV chromecast easily to stream Netflix (more hotels need this!) We did not like how the lobby/dining/gaming area were all so hot. It was much cooler outside and even with the doors open, the lobby was very warm and humid (rainy day).

Service was terrible, everything was a chore to them and everything was made difficult. Refused to offer room service even though there was a 24 hour room service menu in the room. Waiter spilled a whole beer over my colleague and didn’t apologise and offered no help after. Overall rude staff. Prices were also extremely high. Menu on their website is old and the menu offered was very limited, no separate lunch / dinner menus. Location is bad, nothing around so you’d think the restaurant would offer more.

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms and huge, comfy bed. Not so much in the immediate area, but Only a 10 minute drive from Wiesbaden centre. We opted for a late breakfast on Sunday and the buffet choice was a little limited.

This was the second time we would stay in pentahotel Wiesbaden, and having stayed multiple other times in the chain - I couldn't believe how disappointed I got this time. The hotel was undergoing massive renovation, which was not shared with us upfront. To make matters worst, the housekeeping service was extremely rude and started entering the room at 08:00 bulling us to checkout. What a disappointment. On the rest, it was the usual amazing experience you would expect - great bed, shower, breakfast - but we couldn't ignore the experience we had.
