One rude employee
Everything was great except Saturday check in. The woman was rude and didn’t even want to acknowledge us. After we paid later on we needed to ask her a question she didn’t even move from her desk. . Except for the one woman being rude all other employees were very friendly and helpful

Nice location, have to pay for parking.
The hotel was very nice. Close to shops and the water. Breakfast was very nice and afternoon tea and snacks were also a treat. Couple issues. You have to pay for street parking which was not explained on the hotel website or your site. Also, our HVAC was not working in Room 402 which was the top floor and by the afternoon, it got very hot in our room. I talked to the front desk three times and it was never fixed.
