Room was awful, our bedding had cigarette burnt holes. There were gum stuck to the nightstand, the carpet had weird liquid on it. Bed made a squeaky noise. The entire place was outdated and unkept.

NO water pressure, no shower, unsafe neighborhood, but friendly staff. However, my coworker wanted to drop off package for me earlier in the day and he was told "not a good idea".

Terrible stay, it was nothing like they printed on your website. No microwave in room. I had to change 2 rooms twice. 1st room-filthy dirty towels and stains on bed, garbage on dressers, toilet disgusting, hair in tub. 2nd room, shower handle fell off couldnt stop water.3rd room heat not working properly. No face towels only bath towels but they were holes in cut up. Even the floor towel they cut in half. They have limited parking like 10 parking spot. No breakfast served bathroom smelled like urine I was frustrated didnt bother call hotel.com they dont care just like the last time I reported to them disaster they wouldnt give any vouchers or discounts for future stays knowing they are ultimately responsible for what they put on their website

Our stay at this property was very disappointing, whenever I stopped by the front desk to ask for something they never had it!, No extra towels until the next evening, the mini fridge was broken and was never fixed or replaced, they did not even have toilet paper, which I would think is a basic item to have on hand. The rooms looked like they have not been updated for a long time, most of the outlets were kind of loose, the tv remote control was missing its cover and only one little lamp for the entire room, besides the light at the door. The heating unit on the window was super loud. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
