Very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything was ok. Very good breakfast.

OMG This is the worst hotel I have stayed in from all the years of traveling. The Staff, are the worst. They yell at you, they talk to you, like you owe them money, they have no respect for Customers. Their booklet in the room is out of date. The booklet states the bar is open until 2am, we went at 1 it had closed at 12am. When I spoke with the staff about it, they said the booklet in the room are seasonal and they dont update them. I asked how am I suppose to know the schedule, they said its on the Bar door. So I have to walk 3 blocks to correct the booklet info? Also the Air Conditioning did not work, we couldn't sleep for 4 nights. When they came to look at it, Handy man stated he could not fix it. The food was bad, our entire family of 7 got sick, we all got food poisoned. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL FROM HELLLL.

This hotel is definitely not a five star. Starting from cups which were never washed after single coffee by room cleaning team to drink selection where in all inclusive branded drinks required cash payment each time and caused major disruption for bar team. Food selection was poor and was every day the same and when we took ice cream in the canteen - we were asked to eat it inside and don't take it out. With this horrible canteen - no single a-la cart restaurant. We have booked a suite with sea-view, however were given just two connected rooms with pool view where see was seen only from the corner of the balcony - we tried to discuss this with reception, but they claimed that we were given the best rooms according to our booking. Towels deserve a special note: you can receive them from 10am to 12pm and give back from 4pm to 6pm, you have to deposit 10 EUR per towel and you given a receipt to claim them back. So, if you want to replace you towel after lunch you can't do. Overall very disappointing experience.

This hotel does not deserve five stars rating . It is full of people and they do not care about the guests. The food is not good. They charge you for everything ... for internet , safe...ect and you have to pay deposit for safe , towels ... etc . They charged me additional tax while it was not announced in the website ... there is no phone or internet coverage in the hotel . The hotel internet is chargeable and is weak .

Overall we had a lovely time. The beach is fantastic, lovely clean soft sand. The hotel itself is really good with fantastic staff. The rooms were very comfortable and kept spotless by the housekeeping staff. The only areas that could do with some attention are the food and the availability of Wi-Fi. The food is generally very good (breakfast in particular!) but lunch and dinner were a bit repatative and, to be honest, a bit quick, mass catering events. I fully appreciate the effort involved to safely cater for so many guests but if you claim to be 5 star then perhaps the food needs a little attention? Also the Wi-Fi needs looking at. In todays world, guests do expect connectivity at all times. To have it available with a working signal around the reception only is too restrictive as the signal in the rooms was so hit and miss it became deeply frustrating. Either limit it totally to the reception and clearly advertise it as such or invest in boosters so that it is properly available in the rooms.

Es war sehr schön. Die Anlage super. Service auch. Das Essen vielfältig, Umgebung wunderschön.

Bra hotell, passa dock på att åka hit under högsäsong. Under lågsäsongen stängs flera av hotellets restauranger och barer ner, samt att aktiviteterna blir färre på hotellet. Önskvärt vore om det hade funnits mer genuin grekisk mat i huvudrestaurangen, fokus var mer på kontinental mat.

Wir wurden von Expedia drauf hingewiesen, dass wir die Unterkunft vorher kontaktieren sollen um den Aufenthalt vorzubereiten. Das war eigentlich nicht nötig weil das Hotel eine 24 Stunden Rezeption hat trotzdem haben wir Kontakt aufgenommen und haben sofort eine Antwort erhalten, dass alles soweit vorbereitet wird als wir ankamen wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen haben sofort unser Zimmer bekommen und wir waren sehr begeistert. Wir waren im Haus 2 dieses Haus wurde komplett saniert, ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Marmorboden, Badewanne mit Jacuzzi, das Zimmer war sehr sauber das einzige Manko war, für uns waren die Matratzen etwas zu hart. Über das Essen, was wir sagen können, es war super es war eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen, kalt und warm, verschiedene Vor-und Nachspeisen und Getränke jeglicher Sorte, das Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und arbeiteten zügig. Wenn man natürlich kurz vorm Schluss kommt, so wie wir, war das Restaurant sehr voll. Der Strand war sauber, schöner flachabfallender Sandstrand, es gab immer Liegen. Im Allgemeinen können wir echt nicht meckern. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Przyjemne miejsce, dobra baza wypadowa - konieczny samochód. Jedzenie OK, ale nieco monotonne. Pokoje czyste. Obsługa nastawiona na Niemców, inni to zło konieczne.
