Golden Sands Hotel Apartments

The apartment is neat and well maintained. The amenities are working fine. The staff are generally efficient. Some of the ladies need more training and exposure in customer relations. The male staff are more friendly. One guy called Karim is outstanding. I will certainly come back. But one bad point is, they refused to give me a blender, I asked everyday for seven days. They kept telling me that someone else was using it, everyday !!!!

It was exactly what we expected. We stayed at golden sand 5. From the moment we arrived from the airport, the staff treated us like royalty! The hotel is located in bur Dubai, an indian neighbourhood. It's a serene and calm atmosphere. About five minutes walk to the metro station (Alfahidi). Shopping was also easy for us as the hotel is surrounded by some nice grocery stores. Over all its an amazing experience. The cooling systems are in top shape, the room was so cozy and well cleaned. We couldn't have made a better choice!

Staying at golden sands 3 is very comfortable, reception staff are polite, mr ravsman of concierge service during check out was more than helpful as well as the concierge during check in,unfortunately i failed to get his name,arielle at the lobby and sheryl or sherly provided valuable assitance and answered my queries , wifi is fast enough , the cleaning staff was likewise helpful and polite ,definitely i would prefer this hotel again

Golden Sands apartments in Dubai has to be one of the best places to stay when in the city. My family and I (6 people) stayed in GOLDEN SANDS 10,in a 3 bedroom deluxe apartment. The apartment is everything you can think of to make you comfortable. It's a home away from home. Everything you need in a home is available for you. The breakfast too are very good. Then the staff are amazing people, every single one of them. Very courteous, kind and helpful. Then the guy at the tourist desk, Mike....he is such an amazing soul. He was so helpful to us,in helping with the tourist activities to do, and even help in calling taxis when we need them. In all, we enjoyed our stay at GOLDEN SANDS 10 Dubai.

Much better than I had imagined. Spotless clean and great service. I would give this property a 9 out of 10. Everything was great except that they need to install a hand rail on the steps at the swimming pool. The ladder is very wobbly and the steps on the other side have no hand rail. Overall we had a great stay.
