Easy check in and clean room. Everything was great!
A women was screaming at 4 am. I tried calling the front desk from the room and my phone for two hours. No one answered. I complained when I left I took the managers info. I did not feel safe and will not stay there again. I got a I’m sorry from the clerk and we will check the rooms!!
The tv wasn’t working so we had to get move to another room in the middle of the night and then a week later I get charged for 100 dollars for two pillows my son bought to the next room saying it’s stolen but was in the next room terrible never will I ever stay there again bad communication and service
All good, but it will be nice to have a couple of EV chargers available in the parking lot, Customer who owns EV will prefer your hotel over other options.

The front desk staff were amazing! The rooms were clean and the bed very comfy! I left a pair of earrings that were expensive and sentimental and the staff (Tina) located my earrings and the hotel mgt is shipping them to me. I will follow up with her tomorrow, as it was New Years weekend this past weekend.
Customer service was all round excellent..they are just so sweet at that check-in! I freaked out following morning to realize l was given a room with stained bedsheets... & towels didn't look fresh. Most Marriott hotels have been upgraded,NOT this one...king bed was rickety & furniture looks old.
The sheets smelled old and musty, the iron had gunk on the bottom that ruined my shirt, there was no microwave in the room and we did not have enough towels. Also there was no free breakfast but there was breakfast bag we could pay for.
It was a very good night.
