Just don’t…
I wanted to give this hotel a second chance and see that this was a mistake. Walking in to the lobby , they had buckets set up for pipes leaking by the elevator entrance. Check in was awkward with staff smoking out front , near the entrance for me to walk directly around on the sidewalk while I was trying to manage heavy luggage. Trash can liners were not in place in the rooms , mold in shower , and heavy dust in bathroom vent with no clear way to turn this on. Second night in our room key stopped working and had to reactivate. No I.D requested to complete this. Walls are thin as well as windows. You will hear more than you want inside and out. Shower curtain does not hold any water and manages to go through fabric making floor wet. I don’t expect much during a stay but some things are so obviously disregarded and no respect provided to maintain positive image or guest comfort.

Bed bugs!
Checked in and out within 15 minutes asked for a refund cause I found a bed bug immediately . There was brown stains on the sheets and leaks in the roof in many places. the front desk lady who said her name was “Ashley” was rude and nasty to me when I asked for a refund. Terrible experience and left a bad taste in my mouth as my first encounter with the city of Pittsburgh

I really enjoyed it here although it was 30 minutes out from where I needed to be I didn’t mind. The room was very clean and spacious, they also provide breakfast and have an indoor pool which was nice. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay just wish they were closer to downtown.
