The room was really hot because they did not have air conditioning. Requested a fan, and they did not give me one. The pool was green and unusable. They said pool pump was broken. While in the bar, we saw a rat walking along the brick wall on the inside of the bar. Told the bartender about it, and she said that happens all the time. The key to the room didn't work well and the door to the room was hard to open and close because it would stick.
No air conditioning, rooms are close to restaurant with bar and outside seating, not a quiet and peaceful place. Friday night there was dance music blasting until past midnight. Facilities are fair, continental breakfast was dismal. Recommend Juliana’s, much nicer!
Location is perfect easy walk to shops restaurants, lovely views, nice pool, friendly staff and excellent internet and streaming tv so I could watch the Masters live
To call it a million dollar view from this property might be an understatement. It is not a five star resort but that is part of the humble charm of this island. You are close to everything you need.
Nicely decorated room, great view from the balcony.
The location of this hotel is it's best feature. You are right in the heart of Windwardside, which is where many of Saba's restaurants and bars are located, as well as access to trails. The hotel also has a restaurant/bar on the property that is worth spending time in and attracts locals as well. The rooms could definitely use some work, but the hotel serves as a great base to access the rest of Saba.
A basic hotel which was ok for a short stay of only 1 night. Friendly staff, older facility.
The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Windwardside. Our room was basic with no air conditioning, which wasn’t too much of a problem in December with the window open. The view from the balcony was fantastic as was the service.
The pictures look marvelous. When you come closer the hotel is old. The tv had no signal and the coffe maker did not function. I reported it, but no action was taken.
Nice location, walking distance to the resteraunts, supermarket, bank, post office bakery and much more. Friendly people made you feel like home
