    While it doesn't look exactly like the pictures (but I get it - you always want to show your best side), we had a great stay. Very comfortable beds and lots of space for a great girls weekend. It was also so cool waking up and hearing the sea lions in the morning and a stunning view. If only we were able to see the lights on the building too!

    Complex is tired and poorly maintained.

    The complex is in need of a renovation and the room was not clean. Dead flies on the floor, stains on furniture, dirt film on all the windows. The heater in the bathroom was broken and the electrical outlet was overloaded making it a hazard. The deck was rotting and unpleasant to be on.

    Ood option for Ucluelet

    A nice hotel but lacking breakfasts and a restaurant, would be good to have some eating options. Coffee maker and fridge in room, but no cooking facilities. It's not like Ucluelet has loads of restaurants especially during Covid. The office person was very professional and friendly, knew the property well and have solid info.

    Dated and not worth the high price

    Stay was ok. Only had one night before I had to leave early in the morning. Room was half renovated, but mostly pretty dated. Sound proofing not great, could hear multiple neighbours talking word for word. The carpet didn’t smell very good. I understand that this hotel is on the water but I still didn’t feel I got very good value. I paid $139 plus tax and fees which was like $162 but it was definitely not worth that. I had buyers remorse for sure! I don’t care where you are located and how popular the area is, this hotel should have been $110 max. You pay less for a nice hotel in downtown Victoria

    It was great that it was on the water, and close to different shopping for our daily needs, as well as things to do and restaurants. The staff were all helpful and courteous. We used the BBQ and the fire pit often. I was a little disappointed when we discovered the kitchenette was only a microwave, coffee pot, and fridge, as there was five of us with 2 kids. However, we made it work and had a great time. I do have a suggestion to free up some space. If you mount the TV and the microwave on the wall, this would free up the table area to be used for eating or playing games.
