Sometimes it's the little things. Like having checked before hand that if I pay for a "superior room", I'll at least have a coffee machine in the room as stated on their website. Upon getting there, being told "the web designer must have made a mistake" because there was no coffee machine in the smaller-than-i-expected room and the one in the lobby wasn't free, or going down into the breakfast area on another level within the given breakfast hours. Maybe not a big deal to some but a hassle to someone like me who gets constipated while traveling, haha, with a quiet coffee in my room as the cure. Aside from that, while the room was quite small for something they call superior, it was very very very clean which is super appreciated. Kudos to the custodial staff!
