With the convenience of an abundance of cafes and eateries at your door step, this modern inner-city abode offers convenience and quality living at it's finest!



You're also only a stone's throw away from King's Park & Botanical Garden, Jacob's Ladder, Swans River, Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, Elizabeth Quay, Perth's Bell Tower, Barrack St Jetty and more.



There are tons of things to do in the city

itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.

Getting Around:

Needless to say, surrounded by cab & buses, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.



There is also a FREE CAT bus stop just 2 mins walk away from us on Mounts Bay Rd.



Most importantly, all CAT buses within the city are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE CAT bus zone" signs.



Bus and train transport hub on Elizabeth Quay is just 12 mins walk away from us.



Public transport to & from the airport:

To and from T1/T2 precinct

Bus Route 380 runs daily between the Elizabeth Quay Bus Station in the Perth city centre and T1 and T2.



To and from T3/T4 precinct

Bus Route 40 operates 7 days a week between Elizabeth Quay Bus Station and T3/T4 via Great Eastern Highway, offering the most direct route between Perth Airport and Perth City.



Europcar Perth City car depots are located at 3/5 Gordon St just 15 mins walk from us so picking up and dropping off a rental car is super easy!



If you drive, we do have 1 FREE secured parking slots available for you.

This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.



A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.



Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally.



This pad accommodates a max of 4 adults overnight at no extra charge.
