Great cozy hotel with good connection
The hotel is in walking distance from the Oedo Metro line or a bit further from the JR Shinjuku station but its worth to stay here. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, supporting your stay. There is great entrance with table to sit and a bakery/coffee area for a quick bite or breakfast but you can also eat in the hotel restaurant. For families with kids is a great choise as there is a super playground just opposite the hotel in the Chuo Park. We have been already twice and would come back without a second thought.

I found the rooms extremely small. You must read the fine print in the description where the hotel describes the size by metres. I had to upgrade to a larger room because my son and I could not function. Also, the air conditioners don’t seem to work. We tried several times to ask for help but they said it was normal function. The room became very hot forcing us to open windows.

Clean and comfortable. Traveling with my daughter so two single beds was nice. Everything had a place in the room, no excess. Very nice.
