Great hip little Hotel
We stayed at the Knot Hotel for a week and all loved it ,the vibe in the Hotel is warm and friendly like a hip 60's Hotel , it's a fifteen minute walk to Yodobashi camera and another 10 to Shinjuku station

Changing the hotel experience for the better
This hotel had an amazing lobby and lounge layout that was warm and inviting evoking a communal shared space allowing you to connect with other guests. The check-in process was simple and done on a tablet peripheral with assistance from helpful staff. You are able to pick between receiving a PIN or key card for room access. We chose the PIN option that required you to place your hand over a digital display on the door above the handle, which activated a digital keypad for PIN entry. It was cool. The room was typical of most Japanese style rooms, but very clean, nicely decorated and furnished, and modern. Their bakery and cafe were exceptionally good and the breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations for Western style breakfast - so many options and freshly made dishes. One of the best priced breakfasts for a nice hotel and overall great quality.

Disappointing stay
We booked a deluxe triple room with city views. When we arrived to find 3 small single beds (for a family of four) with a view to next doors apartments we were very disappointed. I went and spoke to the concierge to be informed that there was no triple rooms with views. Perhaps they shouldn't advertise city views if they aren't avaliable. Room was clean and the park across the road was lovely. Bit of a walk to the closest station but not too far.
