Friendly and efficient staff made the check in and check out process effortless. Basic room with a great shower and I really enjoyed the complimentary herb teas.A variety of restaurants can be found a short walk down the hill.

we enjoyed our stay here. Compact but functional room: as everywhere in Japan there were toiletries, mugs and kettle, kimonos and towels. Some of the furniture was a little old but it didn’t create any issue. The hotel was quiet at night despite being very close to Roppongi, a neighbourhood known for its nightlife. Breakfast was nothing special but decent: unless you’re into Japanese breakfast (for which more options were provided), they had coffee, yoghurt, white bread and jam/butter, as well as bacon, eggs and chips. Several activities, shops and bars are within walking distance, which is nice if you want to have a lazy day.

Clean, comfortable, great service - hike uphill
Great hotel, new, clean and comfortable, luxurious shower (no bath), fantastic and friendly service. Only caveats are location - up the hill - hard core hike with suitcases - and a terrible breakfast.

Small and quiet
This hotel was very “medium”. Room was very small and bathroom was enclosed in opaque glass (weird). The area is pretty quiet, so if you’re looking for things to do around your hotel, this might not be a good fit. Breakfast was ok. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional 10.0
Clean, comfy, and in a quiet neighborhood
I booked the standard single room and it was wonderful! Tiny compared to American standard rooms, but still pretty spacious. I had enough space to lay my 24" luggage flat down on the floor when needed and then tucked it away under the desk. Surrounding area is mostly offices, but there plenty of restaurants (and awesome nightlife!) around the Akasaka-Mitsuke Station. The hotel is located on top of a hill, so travelling with heavy luggage will be a challenge (especially if you are coming from Akasaka Station). There is a small fridge in the room, but no water. However, there is a coffee machine and vending machine on the first floor. The coin laundry is also on the first floor. Walls are a bit thin, but I had a room right next to the elevators so maybe people were just loud. Lastly the blackout curtains were a big plus! Would definitely stay here again!
