Keep going back to this hotel
I stayed at this hotel several times now and was never disappointed. Always super clean. The rooms are small but it's in Tokyo and it's expected. Services are wonderful. The hotel is not too big and I like that. The area is good and convenient to go anywhere!

It's OK
Rooms are extremely small (and this is after we have upgraded to bigger beds), area is very quiet (not much around) and big issue: check in is only at 3PM and no matter how much you ask, staff in the hotel will not let you in even a minute earlier. Good things: clean, has bathrobes, slippers, pyjamas. Has a lounge area on 14th floor with free juice and coffee

Very good hotel, great location
I stayed for a week for business as my office was in Tamachi area. The hotel is very well maintained. Rooms by Japan standard are of normal size for a queen size bed, meaning you won’t have much space for opening a full size luggage. I liked the amenities of the room and the small table and seat. I stayed at the 17th floor and the view was awesome. The lounge is averGe for what it provides but the area is very nice with outdoor seating in a relaxed environment, feeling out of the city as it’s within the hotel. Location wise you have the Mita line and in tamachi the main JR lines. Beside the hotel is a coffee place (Tully, poor coffee imho) and a convenience store (Lawson and family mart). It is super near from the park and Tokyo tower. For the runners, you can run straight toward the emperor palace area (4 km going there). Also on the other side of the JRlines there are couple of small islands to do uninterrupted loops. Will definitely come back.

Good 6.0
Nice but small
Room had a reasonable view, managed to see the top of Mt Fuji on the first day As there were clear skies. Couldn’t really pick much else out from the Tokyo skyline we could see. It turns out this hotel is right in the business district so a bit more travelling is required to get to the main tourism areas. Room quality was ok but the rooms are SMALL. Considering this was a superior double I was expecting more. But maybe that’s just how it is in Tokyo.

Great Hotel
Really nice hotel. Decent sized room for Tokyo. Local area a little sleepy. Bar and bartenders are great.
