Not exactly what I expected
My experience was OK for the most part. Bedding, room, bathroom were clean. Adequate amount of supplies provided for a comfy stay. However, the room needed lots of repairs. The main wall had some kind of paint in one section, that was dirty looking, the bathroom sink knob was loose, paint was chipped in certain places throughout the room and the balcony door had a small crack along with a paper torn blind. The NO SMOKING policy isn’t followed 100% hallways and elevator smelled like weed at times. Oh, I forgot to mention the fridge didn’t have shelves.

Disappointing but not terrible.
This is my 2nd stay at the Arches. While this time around I had a better experience overall, the room I was in was very run down. Also, upon checking in, I had to sweep and wipe down the entire room because it looked like no room service had been there in awhile. The room was tiny compared to the first time I stayed in a few weeks ago. The door to the balcony was not closing properly as the handle looked like it was about to fall off and I was afraid of getting locked out on the balcony. The Keuring machine was not working either so another fail. The building is beautiful and completely modern but unfortunately due to wear and tear, needs some serious updating before the place becomes a dump. Other than these issues, it was a very relaxing and comfortable stay just needs to be kept better in terms of housekeeping. Also, once you book there will be a series of emails from the management. Since there is no live person on premises, this is your check in. If you don't follow the instructions, then your code will not be provided or it won't work. Overall, the location and building has great views and relatively quiet considering its next to the highway.
