Very dirty there was 6 of us there only got 4 towels Sofa bed didn’t have sheets or blankets or pillows so first night 2 people couldn’t sleep on it Floors was not swept food on floors cupboards was very dirty and so was fridge very disappointing for the price you pay to stay there went and put a complaint in to office and he just said send me photos to the email he gave me and when I went to send then it said wrong email. Would like my money back but i dont think that will happen also will not be going back and I’ll be letting other know about how dirty this place is.

It was a lovely modern little apartment. The tv was difficult and frustrating to navigate. We couldnt get live tv. The air con was confusing. However the parking, or lack of it was a huge issue. We went out and arrived home around 10,pm. No parking spaces. I have a disability so it was very unsatisfactory.

On hair dryer cord asked for 2 Singles but got king and was then promised by receptionist this would be fixed, request was ignored ...sml garden outside unit full of ciggi butts. Warning! Do not book here, had stayed here on 2 previous occasions,but the place has deteriorated dramatically. Paid a substantial amount of money for a long stay,what a waste of money Pictures online are nothing like the pictures on any of the websites, Expedia and any other sites that put this place up should seriously reconsider. Domestic disturbances, then police swarming the place,the people they allow to stay is so concerning,when one couple arrive with trolley and recycling bottles in tow ,could be a red flag,the everyday screaming, fighting. Bedding is disgusting,towels the same ,kitchen utensils, toaster,kettles all old . Microwave in one room rusted out inside. Arrive to dining table 6 seater with 2 odd chairs ,1 broken outdoor chair the other so bad should have been in bin Tv consistently not working,pool area a joke need repairs and proper maintenance,laundry closed not operational. owner couldn't care less about any complaints,so rude. The only thing I can say positive was the maintenance man tried to fix what he could , getting extra dining chairs ,cleaned the putrid outdoor area,and 1 other employee was helpful. Dogs everywhere,I have no issue with people travelling with animals but don't want to sleep where an animal has been ,the cleaning and ,health and safety practices are basically non-existent . 1 room the smoke alarm was broken, bathroom broken vanity door off hinges, stove top old rusty,the exhaust above the stove covered in oil. TRAVELLERS BEWARE!!! You will not get what you think you have booked. Do not expect staff, especially the manager, to be welcoming and polite. Do not expect cleanliness or order. The only positive was that reception staff were polite. The manager was rude, obnoxious and uninterested. Upon arrival we were allocated a room that had not been cleaned - dirty dishes piled in sink, bed unmade, bathroom used. Upon complaint we were allocated another room which had a broken sofa bed, balcony door wouldn't lock, very small space, only 2 pillows to the room (thankfully we took our own anyway), only 2 towels allocated, no tea towel for kitchen area. I had complained about the broken sofa bed the next morning to reception staff who advised they would pass on the message to the manager. I advised the reception staff that I wanted the sofa bed fixed and to be recompensed for the nightmare that was our weekend. The manager rudely advised that they had not fixed the sofa bed at the end of the day as that is not what he was advised, he actually implied that I was lying not his staff and the only recompense he could authorise was $30 per night refund on the sofa bed. We stayed for 2 nights. As yet I have not received the $60 refund and by the looks of it I doubt I will. I had originally booked a large studio which is definitely not what we got. We ended up with a small 1 bedroom unit. The stairs to the unit were slippery on a wet day which is a hazard. The parking was atrocious.
