Everything good except the filtration system next to the pool. It so loud and obnoxious that you cant enjoy the nice pool area. This could easily be fixed with the help of some pool engineers. A real waste of the good pool area.

Had to wait 30 minutes for the room to get ready. The remotes batteries were dead and the heater was stuck on ac and I froze

Comfortable bed reviews hit the mark and the service at all times exceptional. We stayed in Room #134 which is a good location for pool view, ice machine and distance from housekpg activity and noise from pool operations. Laundry worked fine several times. Stayed here 3 nights on 2 occasions. Brought our bikes so location was perfect. Recliner an unexpected plus.

A bit of trouble with the plumbing. I had a room with a jetted tub, and it leaked (from the bottom) all over the carpet. I was moved to a different room, and upgraded to a suite.

It was a really nice for the price way better then expected!! I do hate their so extra with the deposit though I wanted to stay longer. And it was impossible because they only take cards attached to a bank account!!

Once I got my room, I discovered the TV didn’t work. Tried to call down to front desk and phone didn’t work. Maintenance came and fixed TV and then an hour later had to call again (from my cell) cause the AC wouldn’t turn on. Found someone else’s hair on bathroom wall. Gross! Checking out next morning myself and another guest had to wait 10+ minutes for someone to finally come to front desk. We both tried to call different extensions to get someone’s attention, but nothing. As I frequently visit Scottsdale to visit my son attending ASU I will not be staying here again!

The rooms are really quite comfortable. The furnishings are nice and their linens were definitely a cut above the rest. I had an excellent check-in experience and the two people working the front desk were so very nice and welcoming and the night went off without a hitch. We were still unsure of whether or not we wanted to add an additional night and since the policy regarding extending your stay is posted right at the front desk we knew we would have time to decide and only had to have the payment in before check-out at 11:00am. We overslept by 18 min but I also knew that I would still be able to renew but my charge would include an additional late charge plus tax, so not a problem since it was my fault. When i got to the front desk I was taken aback by the woman that was working because she was the exact opposite of the two workers that had helped me the night before. She was incredibly rude and abrupt. She told me that we were absolutely not able to renew our room rental and that we would have to check out by 12pm. She did not even attempt to offer any alternatives or even try to retain us as guests which just turned me off to even consider staying another night there because of this woman's disappointing customer service skills. I hope she is spoken to about how to treat customers and also how to retain customers to stay another night, especially when they are already planning on paying for an additional night and it's not a hard sale instead of turning in to no sale.
