Excellent stay! We had a very nice room with a non-intrusive quiet and efficient A/C, nice bathroom and even though the room was facing the street, it was quiet and peaceful. The restaurant food was also very good and one could even choose what type of meat one preferred for a Wiener Schnitzel (even the oil used to cook it in). Specialities of the house, like a plum-tarte (Zwetschkenkuchen) or plum digestive were excellent! Breakfast had a good variety and the staff were friendly. The bedding was very comfortable (Backpain-free) and we would definitely stay there again on our next stopover after having tried many other places in the area. There is a mini safe in the room. However, there is no fridge or minibar! (Unfortunately that is a rare find in many European hotels)

Great choice for a mountain + city trip
Clean and comfortable hotel. There is free breakfast and parking which is a bonus. It's about a 30 minute walk to town, but the location is ideal for those driving to the nearby mountains and lakes. There is air conditioning as well. Will stay again when coming to enjoy the mountains.

In summer on crossroad without refrigirator
Location is at the crossroads. The traffic on Antun Rauch Strasse at night is very low. I slept by the open window although there are soundproof window and AC. Some rooms might be noisy. There was coffee/tea maker without a cup (only one glass in the bathroom). In August I missed a refrigirator. The staff at the reception was easygoing. Breakfast buffet was passable.

Stayed one night during road trip south. Parking was easy. Very nice 20 minute walk along the river to city center - perfect for us after spending all day in the car! Friendly staff. Our room was street side and still very quiet.

Awesome service; and great location just out of the city centre, easy walk to the old town. Their breakfast was excellent with a very wide selection of foods and drinks. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome.

Fall Stayover in Innsbruck
Wonderful staff, breakfast and location. However, they like to keep the heat on and it was stuffy and too warm. We had to keep the window open while we slept, but our room was facing the busy street. Thankful for our white noise app! I would definitely choose to stay here again. Though it is a bit far, we chose to walk to the town center. Public transportation is easily available too.
